Somewhere between the bottom of the climb and the summit, the thought of even witnessing the most breathtaking sights from a mountain amazes me whenever I think about it. Mountains gives me immense joy and pleasure. When the sun strikes the cold chilled summit, a beauty which is immeasurable is seen and a feeling of joy happens to take place before my sight.

I being a travel person, would like to take you to the authentic and spiritual city ‘Rishikesh’. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and holy rivers in its bank.

Rishikesh is known as one of the most magical cities in India. It is considered as a centre for practising/studying yoga and meditation. So, if you are a nature lover or wanted to spare some time with yourself after tackling with all the chaos of life and surroundings. I would suggest you to once visit this magical land.

As the place of worship, the divine soul indeed, all happens to create such a positive vibe around yourself that one could not individually think about the unwanted chaos that leads to obliterate mind. The environment itself bounds oneself to attain peace and through meditation, One feels like as if he/she has reached the 7TH sky. Visiting Rishikesh and exploring the culture over there helped me in creating control of my mind and attain salvation. agh! there is just so much to write about and I didn’t think I’d do it complete just in writing. so you will get more clarity when you see the video.

 

I would rather insist on my fellow mates spare some time of yours and visit Rishikesh. Besides, the beauty and holy eye witnessing moments, we had a wonderful tent campaigning over there. What else would be better after dealing with such heavy obstacles and then able to visit the glory of the magical land meditating and enjoying ourselves?

The overall activities that we have performed over there are:-

  1. Yoga
  2. Trekking
  3. River Rafting and Apart from that we were overwhelmed to enjoy the barbeque sitting around the bonfire at our aqua forest camp.

Our tour package had an eco-friendly and sanitized environment.

Rules and regulations:-

Only 4-5 persons are allowed to raft in a single boat due to covid. So, there are proper and strict rules followed during the pandemic. One should carry covid E-pass (Government of Uttarakhand)

Last but not the least, I would like to mention that no matter how much difficulties we are facing through, our dignity and strength shall never be harmed. Raising through difficult times and indulging oneself to yoga and meditations can boost mental health and attain peace within oneself.

So, If you are tired of lockdown and wants to visit the spiritual place, Rishikesh is completely justified and best place even according to me. So, make a plan, pack your bags and move along the pathway. Will come up with exciting new adventures and experiences. Till then stay safe and stay healthy.

Cucumber and lemon:-

Yes, they are edible foods that are mostly consumed as salads, but can also be considered for a quick and a natural hair clean-up. In summers, every Indian kitchen will stock up on both cucumbers and lemons.
 
 
INGREDIANTS: –
  • one large lemon 
  • a medium sized cucumber
  • essential oil of your choice
procedure:-
 
 
 Peel both the lemon and the cucumber, and then cut them into small pieces. Add the essential oils to them and make a mixture. If you want to make a paste you can, provided the consistency is even, like your regular shampoo. Apply it on the scalp and rinse well after a few minutes. It will help you get rid of the scalp dirt, stickiness and greasiness. It also promises to promote healthy hair growth, and remove dandruff.
You can use it as often as you would use your regular shampoo.

Homemade sanitizer

Hello everyone!!

Hope you all are safe from covid 19. As there is a shortage of hand sanitizers in the market  So, let’s prepare it’s substitute at home only with requirement of two ingredients only.  I know, it will not be much effective but to some extent we can protect our life and will be safe from virus.

Additionally, Properly scrubbing your hands is one of the best ways to stop the spread of germs and viruses, and to ensure you don’t get sick yourself. But if you don’t have access to soap and clean water, or if you’re out and about and nowhere near a sink, you should carry hand sanitizer to protect your health. So,here we go with our process. 

 Requirement of :-

  • Aelo Vera gel

 

  • Dettol liquid
  • One empty bottle
Process :-
  1. Take an empty small bottle.
  2. Fill it half with aelo Vera gel
3. Add 2-3 tablespoon of dettol liquid  in the container
4. Shake it well till it get fully transformed
Now it is ready to use. Though, washing hands should be more prioritize being compared to sanitizers. Since safety is must. Therefore,

prepare healthy salad within 15 minutes

Hii guys!!
Today, after a long time I’m gonna tell you about a healthy  salad recipe. Which you can enjoy at any time during the day.

Salad is item that is relished by kids and adults both. It also marks to be a supplement for many who workout. Have a look on some yogas which you can do at home http://rupsiana.in/2019/08/31/yoga-mint/.

Salad full of  veggies just makes it a perfect bowl for dinner. Here is a step by step to making the salad at home for a healthy breakfast.

 

Ingredients required :-
Carrot, broccoli, cabbage, sweetcorn, onion, black salt, black pepper, lemon, chaat masala, oregano(optional).

 

To make one of the most healthy salad  take all the above  veggies and cut them into small pieces.
Boil all the veggies for about 5 to 10 minutes and leave it for 3-4 minutes until it cool down.

 

Then,  Take another pan and saught the veggies in olive oil. Once crisp, sprinkle  salt, black pepper, black salt according to your taste and squeeze one lemon in it. Mix all the ingredients together.
 Move ahead for the dressing. Garnish the bowl with coriander and  salad is ready to serve.

 

 This healthy bowl can be relished for dinner and can also be eaten for mid-meals.

3 Wish I Could Tell You :– Durjoy Datta

So, here is my another book. which i liked the most.Before describing about  the book, i would like to ask some questions first and do answer me in comment box . I will be reverting to everyone.
Have you loved someone and desperately wished you could tell them?Have you been happy and heartbroken at the same time to hear someone loved you?
So, With ‘ Wish I Could Tell You ‘ ,Durjoy Dutta picks a unique way  just like the  tree ,starting from different branches and finally all joining at a common stem providing a strong base to the story line.
The book tries to show how two characters Anusha and Ananth are struggling into creating their type of world
If I had to describe this book in One word ,I will say “wow” I mean this book is just amazing and will blow your mind. Anusha is working at WeDonate.com , a fundraising website. If I talk about the characters :- Anusha is a feminist kind of a girl, who hates almost everyone due to past incidents of her life. She seems like she doesn’t have feelings for anyone. Gautam is a person who is spreading hate on social media and unknowingly destroyed lives of few people and hurt many of them. Mohini is a kind of a person you will love. Ananth is a good looking guy, full of love and life. And there are many more characters and things that I won’t discuss here because I don’t want to give you spoilers.
The beginning of the book is a bit confusing , bit as soon as the dots join ,story becomes interesting . There is suspense hidden in every page you read. Middle of the story took a turn that was quite shocking and unexpected that I had to take a pause to absorb the things. The plot of the story is amazing. It’s definitely worth reading. Ending of the story brought me into tears. This book has negativity too but that is also written in such a good way .The book is beautifully written and I must say Durjoy datta is turning into a better writer with every new book of his. I loved his work in this book. This book was something really unexpected. I would definitely recommend this book to everyone!!

Trip to Garhmukteshwar, Uttar Pradesh

Hii everyone !

Today, I went to garh ganga and while returning i was very disposed to share my experience with someone. Then I thought, why not to share with all you guys. So, basically Garh ganga ghat is located on the bank of river ganga at around 5-10km from Garhmukteshwar. The best time to visit ganga ghat is in kartik purnima beacuse on this day  Lord shiva killed the demon tripurasira. In this month around 3 lakh people visit here. It is also believed that  lightning lamps and donating things give results equivalent to tge results of ten yagyas. Also, This  place is something similar to varanasi.

Once you reach here, you will find flowing water as far as you can see, also boat rides and some mini food stalls.
After having snan you can change you clothes in these slums. Even you can have your food and shoppings  from the main market as their are plethora of stalls available.
After having snan, this traditional yumm 😋 food made my whole day wonderful.
Ugh!! Now I am feeling relax😪😪

Indore – the natural royalty

Hey beauties !

Hope you all are doing good. Today i am gonna tell you about the indore city  on the malwa plateau ,in comming years this place will be becoming  a tourist place for sure.  This place is an amazing. So here are some catche view places which mesmerise me alot to tell you about all this :

 

  1. Ralamandal wildlife sanctuary:

 

Ralamandal is a trekking spot . The best season for trekking is summer . This place is spread  in an area of 5 km. For trekking,  the best time  is morning as the view is magical. This place will be liked most by youngsters and for those who like to travel like me😉
2. Sitlamata falls:-
 
Sitlamata falls is located near a village called manpur also at a distance of 60 km from indore city. This is a picnic spot where you can have alot of fun with water gushing at a tremendous speed. Best time to visit this is monsoon season.
So these two are the places where i have yet visited, more to come as i am travelholic.

Today i exactly get to know what the newton’s  third law exactly mean, Which states that for every action there is equal and  opposite reaction. I know you all might be thinking  why i am relating this to yoga. Let us understand this in simple …
FOR EVERY ACTION – doing yoga
THERE IS EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION – equally will loose of  weight
By doing these 5 yoga on a regular basis helped me in loosing  4kg in month. In which i didn’t followed any strict diet plan at all. Yoga  also help me in maintaining my body structure. Doing yoga on regular basis also improves and show our lifestyle too.
The duration of doing these yoga for beginners in there first week is 30-35 mins. 
With every sets 10×3 there should be increase in nos.

           12×1
           14×1 
You can also increase the number of sets upto your limits  
You can even enjoy some lemonade to boost up your energy :
 
Some yoga benefits from my personal experience are: 
  • Keep happy and active whole day
